Return of the 5′3" Blob

Oh man. I have been completely neglecting myself. I have no made one healthy eating choice in over 3 months, I swear. And I have to go to the doctor soon to get my AD prescription refilled. Oy. I bought a new scale and I think I’ve gained, like, 9 pounds in the last 6 months. *sigh*

I am seriously considering Weight Watchers. I have to do *SOMETHING*!
