Ug. I just ate too much!! Why why why?!? Sundays seem to be the hardest for me. I generally get up later on Sundays so I end up having a late breakfast or lunch. Then I am hungry in the middle of the day and I go straight for the carbs. I could have just eaten the little bit of left-over spagetti with lots of the very good for me extra low fat turkey and green peppers tomato sauce but nooooooooooo! I had to munch down a bunch of croutons, too! I knew I should have gotten some soy crisps on my way home from work on Friday. Gah.

Now I am feeling all bloated and gross. *pouty* I must remember this feeling!!
